Special District Local Laws Code § 8510.0207","heading":"VOTING REQUIREMENT.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a concurrence of a majority of the directors present is sufficient in any matter relating to authority business.\n(b) The concurrence of seven directors is required to award a construction contract or to authorize the issuance of a warrant to pay for a construction contract.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 914 (H.B. 3530), Sec. 1.03, eff.
