Special District Local Laws Code § 8510.0508","heading":"COMPENSATION RATES.","body":"(a) The board shall set and revise the rates of compensation for:\n(1) water the authority sells; and\n(2) services the authority renders.\n(b) The rates of compensation must be sufficient to:\n(1) pay the expense of operating and maintaining the authority's facilities;\n(2) pay the bonds as they mature and the interest as it accrues; and\n(3) maintain the reserve and other funds as provided in the resolution authorizing the bonds.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 914 (H.B. 3530), Sec. 1.03, eff.
