Special District Local Laws Code § 8511.0207","heading":"COMPENSATION OF DIRECTORS.","body":"(a) A director is entitled to receive an allowance in an amount not to exceed that provided under Section 49.060, Water Code.\n(b) A director is not entitled to receive a per diem allowance for more than 50 days in a calendar year.\n(c) In all areas of conflict with this section, Section 49.060, Water Code, takes precedence.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 914 (H.B. 3530), Sec. 1.03, eff.
