Special District Local Laws Code § 8511.0403","heading":"COURT REVIEW.","body":"(a) A person adversely affected by an authority rule or order may sue the authority in a district court to set aside the rule or order before the 31st day after the date on which the rule or order took effect.\n(b) Venue for a suit under Subsection (a) is in:\n(1) a county located wholly or partly in the authority in which the plaintiff resides; or\n(2) the county in which the authority maintains its principal office.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 914 (H.B. 3530), Sec. 1.03, eff.
