Special District Local Laws Code § 8512.0101","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"Text of section effective on April 01, 2027\nIn this chapter:\n(1) \"Authority\" means the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority.\n(2) \"Board\" means the authority's board of directors.\n(3) \"Bond\" means a bond or note.\n(4) \"Commission\" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.\n(5) \"Director\" means a board member.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 203 (H.B. 1615), Sec. 1.02, eff.
