Special District Local Laws Code § 8512.0104","heading":"TERRITORY.","body":"Text of section effective on April 01, 2027\n(a) The authority is composed of the territory described by Subsection (b) as that territory may have been modified under:\n(1) Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code; or\n(2) other law.\n(b) The authority's territory consists of that part of this state included in Caldwell, Calhoun, Comal, DeWitt, Guadalupe, Gonzales, Hays, Kendall, Refugio, and Victoria Counties.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 203 (H.B. 1615), Sec. 1.02, eff.
