Special District Local Laws Code § 8801.159","heading":"TERM OF PERMIT.","body":"(a) A permit issued under this chapter may be for a term not to exceed five years as set by the board.\n(b) A permit does not become a vested right of the permit holder. The board may revoke or suspend a permit or amend its terms after notice and hearing when reasonably necessary to accomplish the purpose of this chapter.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff.
