Special District Local Laws Code § 8808.103","heading":"RELATION TO OTHER WATER-RELATED ENTITIES.","body":"(a) To the extent that a rule of the district conflicts with a rule of a water control and improvement district, the rule of the water control and improvement district controls.\n(b) To the extent that a rule of the district conflicts with a rule of a municipal utility district, the rule of the municipal utility district controls.\n(c) Notwithstanding Subsections (a) and (b), to the extent that a rule of the district concerning groundwater conflicts with a rule of a water control and improvement district or a municipal utility district whose territory is located wholly or partly in the district's territory, the rule of the district controls.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 450 (S.B. 1847), Sec. 1, eff.
