Special District Local Laws Code § 8834.054","heading":"DIRECTOR'S BOND.","body":"(a) A director shall execute a bond that is:\n(1) for $5,000;\n(2) payable to the district; and\n(3) conditioned on the faithful performance of the director's duties.\n(b) The district shall pay for the bond.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.05, eff.
