Special District Local Laws Code § 8834.107","heading":"STUDIES BY BOARD STAFF.","body":"At least once each year and at any other time the board considers necessary, the board may have its staff make a complete study of the groundwater in the district and determine:\n(1) the water level;\n(2) the rates and amounts of groundwater withdrawal; and\n(3) other information relating to groundwater withdrawal that may affect subsidence in the district.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.05, eff.
