Special District Local Laws Code § 8834.112","heading":"RULES.","body":"(a) After notice and hearing, the board shall adopt rules designed to expeditiously and effectively implement this chapter and accomplish its purpose, including rules governing procedures before the board. The board shall enforce the rules.\n(b) The board may adopt rules to prevent the waste of water or the degradation of water quality.\n(c) The board shall compile its rules in a book and make the book available for use and inspection at the district's principal office. The district shall provide copies of its rules on payment of the reproduction cost.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.05, eff.
