Special District Local Laws Code § 8837.052","heading":"TERMS OF DIRECTORS.","body":"(a) Directors serve staggered four-year terms, with two or three directors' terms expiring April 1 of each odd-numbered year.\n(b) A director may serve consecutive terms.\n(c) The commissioners court shall appoint a director to succeed a serving director on or before the date the serving director's term expires.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 336 (H.B. 2859), Sec. 1, eff.
