Special District Local Laws Code § 8838.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the district's board of directors.\n(2) \"Director\" means a board member.\n(3) \"District\" means the Cow Creek Groundwater Conservation District.\n(4) \"Well\" means an excavation drilled or dug into the ground that may intercept or penetrate a water-bearing stratum or formation.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.03, eff.
