Special District Local Laws Code § 8851.055","heading":"BOARD VACANCY.","body":"(a) If there is a vacancy on the board, the remaining directors shall appoint a director to serve the remainder of the term.\n(b) If at any time there are fewer than three qualified directors, the Pecos County Commissioners Court shall appoint the necessary number of persons to fill all the vacancies on the board.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.03, eff.
