Special District Local Laws Code § 8861.004","heading":"DISTRICT TERRITORY.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), the district includes the territory in Menard County unless the district's territory has been modified under:\n(1) Subchapter J or K, Chapter 36, Water Code; or\n(2) other law.\n(b) The district does not include the territory in the Hickory Underground Water Conservation District No. 1 as that territory existed on May 24, 1991.\n(c) The boundaries of the district form a closure.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.05, eff.
