Special District Local Laws Code § 8870.056","heading":"REVISION OF SINGLE-MEMBER DISTRICTS.","body":"(a) The board may revise the single-member districts as necessary or appropriate.\n(b) The board shall revise each single-member district after each federal decennial census to reflect population changes.\n(c) At the first election after the single-member districts are revised, a new director shall be elected from each district. The directors shall draw lots to determine which two directors serve two-year terms and which three directors serve four-year terms.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.05, eff.
