Special District Local Laws Code § 8873.052","heading":"CHANGE IN COMPOSITION; ADDITIONAL COUNTY.","body":"If a county is added to the district, the board may change the number of directors so that:\n(1) an equal number of directors are appointed by the county judge of each county in the district;\n(2) one director is appointed jointly by the county judges of each county in the district; and\n(3) the board is composed of an odd number of directors.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 496 (S.B. 1840), Sec. 1, eff.
