Special District Local Laws Code § 8873.102","heading":"PERMIT TO TRANSFER GROUNDWATER.","body":"(a) The board by rule may:\n(1) require a person to obtain a permit from the district to transfer groundwater out of the district; and\n(2) regulate the terms of a transfer of groundwater out of the district.\n(b) A rule adopted by the board under this section must be consistent with the requirements of Section 36.122, Water Code.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 496 (S.B. 1840), Sec. 1, eff.
