Special District Local Laws Code § 8873.152","heading":"PERMIT FEES REFUNDABLE.","body":"The district shall refund a fee collected by the district that relates to an application for or the issuance of a permit if:\n(1) the permit relates to a well that is incapable of producing more than 25,000 gallons of groundwater per day; and\n(2) the applicant for the permit has complied with the applicable law and district rules relating to the issuance of the permit.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 496 (S.B. 1840), Sec. 1, eff.
