Special District Local Laws Code § 8880.051","heading":"SINGLE-MEMBER DIRECTOR PRECINCTS.","body":"(a) The board may divide the district into five single-member director precincts of substantially equal population for the purpose of electing directors.\n(b) Notwithstanding Section 36.059(b), Water Code, the board may divide territory contained in a municipal corporation in the district into as many precincts as necessary to obtain precincts of substantially equal population.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 869 (H.B. 2803), Sec. 1.04, eff.
