Special District Local Laws Code § 8887.109","heading":"RULES: PREVENTION OF WASTE.","body":"(a) In this section, \"waste\" has the meaning assigned by Section 36.001, Water Code.\n(b) The district may adopt and enforce rules to prevent the waste of the groundwater of any groundwater reservoir or subdivision of a groundwater reservoir in the district.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 869 (H.B. 2803), Sec. 1.04, eff.
