Special District Local Laws Code § 8888.109","heading":"FIDELITY BOND.","body":"The general manager and each authority employee or contractor who is charged with the collection, custody, or payment of any authority money shall execute a fidelity bond in an amount determined by the board and in a form and with a surety approved by the board.
