Special District Local Laws Code § 8888.155","heading":"FEE AMOUNTS.","body":"Fees established by the board must be sufficient to:\n(1) achieve water conservation;\n(2) prevent waste of water;\n(3) serve as a disincentive to pumping groundwater;\n(4) accomplish the purposes of this chapter, including making available alternative water supplies;\n(5) enable the authority to meet operation and maintenance expenses; and\n(6) pay the principal of and interest on debt issued in connection with the exercise of the authority's general powers and duties.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 869 (H.B. 2803), Sec. 1.04, eff.
