Special District Local Laws Code § 9008.103","heading":"COMPLIANCE WITH MUNICIPAL ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS.","body":"Notwithstanding Section 51.714, Water Code, and subject to the limitations of Section 54.016, Water Code, the district shall comply with all applicable requirements of any ordinance or resolution adopted by the governing body of a municipality in whose corporate limits or extraterritorial jurisdiction the district is partly or wholly located.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 467 (S.B. 1891), Sec. 1, eff.
