Special District Local Laws Code § 9011.258","heading":"TRUST INDENTURE OR DEED OF TRUST.","body":"(a) A deed of trust lien conferred on the physical property may be combined with the trust indenture authorized by this chapter.\n(b) The trust indenture or deed of trust may provide for:\n(1) the security of the bonds and the operation and preservation of the trust estate in the manner prescribed by the board;\n(2) amendment or modification of the trust indenture or deed of trust; and\n(3) the issuance of bonds to replace lost or mutilated bonds.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.12, eff.
