Special District Local Laws Code § 9015.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Authority\" means the Alice Water Authority.\n(2) \"Board\" means the board of directors of the authority.\n(3) \"City\" means the City of Alice.\n(4) \"Corpus Christi\" means the City of Corpus Christi.\n(5) \"Director\" means a member of the board.\n(6) \"Nueces district\" means the Lower Nueces Water Supply District.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.12, eff.
