Special District Local Laws Code § 9015.155","heading":"ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY.","body":"(a) To exercise a right or perform a duty under this chapter, the authority may acquire:\n(1) works, machinery, plants, or other facilities; and\n(2) land, rights-of-way, or easements.\n(b) Subject to the terms of a deed of trust or indenture executed by the authority, the authority may sell, trade, lease, rent, or otherwise dispose of any property the board considers not needed for authority purposes.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.12, eff.
