Special District Local Laws Code § 9015.158","heading":"ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT RIGHTS.","body":"(a) The authority may acquire by assignment any right of the city under a contract between the city and Corpus Christi in reference to such water supply.\n(b) If the assignment is accepted, the authority shall assume the city's obligations under the contract.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.12, eff.
