Special District Local Laws Code § 9015.252","heading":"ENFORCEMENT OF RULES; PENALTY.","body":"(a) The authority by rule may prescribe reasonable penalties for the violation of an authority rule.\n(b) A penalty may consist of:\n(1) a fine not to exceed $200;\n(2) confinement in jail for a term not to exceed 30 days; or\n(3) both the fine and confinement.\n(c) A penalty adopted under this section is in addition to any other penalty provided by Texas law.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.12, eff.
