Special District Local Laws Code § 9016.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the district's board of directors.\n(2) \"Commission\" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.\n(3) \"County\" means Midland County.\n(4) \"Director\" means a board member.\n(5) \"District\" means the Midland County Utility District.\n(6) \"Municipality\" means a municipality in whose corporate limits or extraterritorial jurisdiction any part of the district is located.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1043 (H.B. 3111), Sec. 1, eff.
