Special District Local Laws Code § 9018.053","heading":"PETITION TO CHANGE BOUNDARIES.","body":"(a) A petition for:\n(1) annexation of territory must be signed by a majority of the landowners of the territory; and\n(2) exclusion of territory must be signed by all of the landowners of the territory sought to be excluded from the district.\n(b) The petition must be filed with the board secretary.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.06, eff.
