Special District Local Laws Code § 9032.151","heading":"GENERAL POWERS.","body":"(a) The district may exercise the rights, privileges, functions, and authority granted water control and improvement districts by:\n(1) Chapters 49 and 51, Water Code; and\n(2) all other laws relating to water control and improvement districts.\n(b) To the extent a general law described by Subsection (a) conflicts or is inconsistent with this chapter, this chapter prevails.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.06, eff.
