Special District Local Laws Code § 9055.251","heading":"AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS.","body":"(a) The district may issue bonds to:\n(1) provide a source of water supply for municipalities and other users for municipal, domestic, and industrial purposes; or\n(2) carry out any other power conferred by this chapter.\n(b) The bonds must be authorized by a board resolution.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.06, eff.
