Special District Local Laws Code § 9056.052","heading":"QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE.","body":"(a) Each director of the district must:\n(1) be a landowner within the district; and\n(2) reside in Runnels or Tom Green County.\n(b) A director must maintain compliance with the requirements of Subsection (a) during the director's tenure in office or vacate that office.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.06, eff.
