Special District Local Laws Code § 9062.052","heading":"ADDITION OF LAND TO DISTRICT.","body":"The district may not add land to the district unless:\n(1) an owner of land adjacent or contiguous to the district requests in writing that the district add land;\n(2) the owner of the land to be added consents to the addition; and\n(3) the land is adjacent or contiguous to the district when added.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.06, eff.
