Special District Local Laws Code § 9092.0211","heading":"BOARD MEETINGS.","body":"Text of section effective on April 01, 2027\n(a) The board shall hold regular meetings at least once a month at the time and place set by board resolution or board bylaws.\n(b) The president or any two directors may call a special meeting as necessary in administering district business.\n(c) At least five days before the date of a special meeting, the secretary shall mail notice of the special meeting to each director.
