Special District Local Laws Code § 9303.054","heading":"PUBLIC INFORMATION.","body":"(a) The district shall maintain an Internet website.\n(b) The board shall make available on the district's Internet website:\n(1) campaign finance reports for each director;\n(2) the meeting agenda and minutes for each open meeting held by the board;\n(3) archived video and audio for each open meeting held by the board;\n(4) the district's budget for the current year; and\n(5) any audits of the district.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 581 (S.B. 856), Sec. 2, eff.
