Special District Local Laws Code § 9502.0311","heading":"ANNUAL REPORT REQUIRED.","body":"The district shall annually submit a report to the legislature, the Legislative Budget Board, the General Land Office, and the commissioners court of each county in which the district is located. The report must:\n(1) describe the district's financial condition and operations during the preceding year;\n(2) propose a budget for the following year; and\n(3) describe generally the work proposed for the following year.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 872 (S.B. 1160), Sec. 1, eff.
