Special District Local Laws Code § 9601.057","heading":"RECALL.","body":"(a) A director appointed under Section 9601.051(b)(1), (2), or (3) may be recalled at any time by a two-thirds vote of the governing body of the member that appointed the director.\n(b) A director appointed under Section 9601.051(b)(4) may be recalled by a two-thirds vote of the members that appoint a director under that section.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 523 (S.B. 1223), Sec. 1, eff.
