Special District Local Laws Code § 9601.213","heading":"REFUNDING BONDS.","body":"(a) The district may issue refunding bonds to refund all or part of its outstanding bonds issued under this chapter, including matured but unpaid interest and obligations incurred under a credit agreement.\n(b) Refunding bonds may be issued in the manner provided by Chapter 1207, Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 523 (S.B. 1223), Sec. 1, eff.
