Special District Local Laws Code § 9601.214","heading":"REMEDIES AND COVENANTS.","body":"The proceedings authorizing the issuance of any bonds authorized under this chapter, including refunding bonds, the execution of a trust indenture securing the bonds, and the execution of a credit agreement, may provide other remedies and covenants the board considers necessary to issue the bonds on terms the board determines to be most favorable to the district.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 523 (S.B. 1223), Sec. 1, eff.
