Tax Code § 111.062","heading":"ACCEPTANCE OF CREDIT CARDS FOR PAYMENT OF CERTAIN TAXES AND FEES.","body":"(a) The comptroller may accept a credit card in payment of:\n(1) a delinquent tax and related penalties and interest imposed by this code;\n(2) a fee charged for:\n(A) an account status certificate;\n(B) a no tax due certificate;\n(C) postage;\n(D) a certified copy;\n(E) a copy of a document;\n(F) a microfilm copy;\n(G) written evidence of the comptroller's records;\n(H) research;\n(I) labor;\n(J) a minerals tax history; and\n(K) a minerals tax extract; and\n(3) any other service fee charged by the comptroller.\n(b) If the comptroller accepts a payment by credit card, the comptroller may require the payment of a processing fee by the credit card user.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 449, Sec. 38, eff.
