Tax Code § 154.117","heading":"DISPLAY OF PERMIT.","body":"(a) Each permit holder shall keep the permit on public display at the place of business for which the permit was issued.\n(b) Each permit holder who has a permit assigned to a vehicle shall post the permit in a conspicuous place on the vehicle.\n(c) Each retailer who operates a cigarette vending machine shall place a retailer's permit on the machine.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1648, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff.
