Tax Code § 171.306","heading":"SUIT TO SET ASIDE JUDICIAL FORFEITURE.","body":"If a corporation's charter or certificate of authority is judicially forfeited under this chapter, a stockholder, director, or officer of the corporation at the time of the forfeiture of the charter or certificate or of the corporate privileges of the corporation may bring suit in a district court of Travis County in the name of the corporation to set aside the forfeiture of the charter or certificate. The suit must be in the nature of a bill of review. The secretary of state and attorney general must be made defendants in the suit.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1706, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff.
