Tax Code § 25.027","heading":"RESTRICTION ON POSTING INFORMATION ON INTERNET WEBSITE.","body":"(a) Information in appraisal records may not be posted on the Internet if the information:\n(1) is a photograph, sketch, or floor plan of an improvement to real property that is designed primarily for use as a human residence; or\n(2) indicates the age of a property owner, including information indicating that a property owner is 65 years of age or older.\n(b) Subsection (a)(1) does not apply to:\n(1) an aerial photograph that depicts more than one separately owned building;\n(2) a street level photograph of only the exterior of a building; or\n(3) a field record or overhead sketch of the property that depicts only:\n(A) the outline of one or more buildings on the property;\n(B) the general landscape features of the property, including ponds, pools, and walls; and\n(C) the dimensions of or distances between the buildings and features depicted.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 29 (S.B. 541), Sec. 1, eff.
