Tax Code § 41.71","heading":"EVENING AND WEEKEND HEARINGS.","body":"(a) An appraisal review board by rule shall provide for hearings on protests on a Saturday or after 5 p.m. on a weekday.\n(b) The board may not schedule:\n(1) the first hearing on a protest held on a weekday evening to begin after 7 p.m.; or\n(2) a hearing on a protest on a Sunday.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1039, Sec. 40, eff.
