Tax Code § 6.054","heading":"RESTRICTION ON EMPLOYMENT BY APPRAISAL DISTRICT.","body":"An individual may not be employed by an appraisal district if the individual:\n(1) is an officer of a taxing unit that participates in the appraisal district;\n(2) is an employee of a taxing unit that participates in the appraisal district; or\n(3) has served as a member of the appraisal review board for the appraisal district at any time during the preceding two years.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 944 (S.B. 2), Sec. 17, eff.
