Transportation Code § 112.062","heading":"RAILROAD COMPANY PROPERTY SUBJECT TO EXECUTION; CHARACTERIZATION OF ROLLING STOCK.","body":"(a) All or any part of a railroad company's real and personal property is subject to execution and sale in the same manner as the property of individuals.\n(b) No portion of a railroad company's real or personal property is exempt from execution and sale.\n(c) The rolling stock and all other movable property belonging to a railroad company is considered personal property.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 85 (S.B. 1540), Sec. 2.03, eff.
