Transportation Code § 173.356","heading":"NOTICE TO LOCAL GOVERNMENTS.","body":"At the same time the district notifies the comptroller under Section 173.355, the district shall:\n(1) notify each affected local governmental jurisdiction of the district's creation; and\n(2) provide each jurisdiction with an adequate map showing the property boundaries of the district.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 85 (S.B. 1540), Sec. 2.04, eff.
