Transportation Code § 174.102","heading":"COMPOSITION OF BOARD; TERMS.","body":"(a) The board is composed of five directors appointed as follows:\n(1) one director appointed by the county judge; and\n(2) one director appointed by each county commissioner.\n(b) Each director serves a four-year term.
